Delete your NIKHY account

You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.

How to ask

1. Email info@nyniktechnologies.com or call +91 85000 80305 from the details linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Include the mobile number you use in the NIKHY app.
3. We may call or message that number to confirm it's you. Then we close the account and confirm when it's done.

Drivers with unpaid platform fees need to clear them first.

What we delete

Within 30 days we delete or anonymise your profile, phone number, email, location history, chat messages and, for drivers, uploaded documents and photos.

What we keep

We keep payment and trip records that the law requires us to keep, such as for tax and accounting, only for as long as required. They are not used for anything else.
